The name of this competition is the “Smart Homes for Living – Dyson & Koh Bundle”. The promoter is Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd Trading as Smart Homes for Living ABN 70 093 870 618 of Level 8, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.

Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.

Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only entries received via the method below and received by us between 9th October 2019 and 12pm 31st October 2019 are eligible.

Multiple entry submissions per person is permitted.

For an entry to be accepted, you must tag two friends, like the post and like the @smarthomesforliving page via Facebook or Instagram.

Entry can be made via the Smart Homes For Living Instagram page or the Smart Homes For Living Facebook page.

For the purpose of the prize draw all valid entries will be entered in to a computerised data base.

The one (1) winner of this competition will be determined by:

the randomly selected winner is to be chosen from all entries by a computerised random number generator at 12pm on 31st October 2019; and

contact via social media be attempted for a period of three (3) days once we have verified eligibility criteria has been met; and

winner will be given one week to collect their prize from our Smart Homes for Living Head Office at Level 6, 20 Walters Drive in Osborne Park WA.

The ““Dyson & Koh Bundle” prize on offer is 1 x Dyson V7 Cord-Free Vacuum Cleaner and 1 x Koh Mop Bundle Deal.

The one (1) winner’s name will be announced on the Smart Homes For Living official Facebook page and Smart Homes For Living Instagram page within 7 days of confirming the winner.

It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, and photo published for publicity purposes. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.

The name of this competition is the “Smart Homes for Living – Win 5k Competition”. The promoter is Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd Trading as Smart Homes for Living ABN 70 093 870 618 of Level 6, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.

Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.

Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only entries received via the method below and received by us between 12th September 2019 and 12th December 2019 are eligible.

One entry submission per person is permitted. Each entrant, must:

(a)           be a natural person over the age of 18 years;

(b)          be an Australian permanent resident or citizen; and

The winning entry will be scrutinised by the Promoter after the selection of the winner, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry that the Promoter considers does not meet the requirements of these terms.

Should the draw winner not meet the criteria outlined in these terms then the draw will be repeated until a winner that meets all criteria outlined in these terms and conditions is drawn.

The prize winner must provide suitable identification (and proof of eligibility) to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim any prize.

Date and Place of Draw

(a)          The final draw will take place on 15th December 2019 at 11am at the Smart Homes for Living head office, Level 6, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.

(b)          The winner will be announced via Facebook and will be called using the contact number provided on the entry form.

(c)          If the winning entrant is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the draw, the entrant will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.

The “Win 5k” prize on offer is $5,000 cash transfer valued at $5,000.

The winner shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with collecting the prize money; including accommodation, travel and food.

  • The rebate is only applicable on Smart Homes for Living ‘Advantage’ specification homes.
  • Offer valid until 31st December 2019.
  • The rebate is non-transferable, is not offered in conjunction with any other promotional offer, and will replace any previous promotional offers.
  • Prices are subject to review and may change without notice.
  • The rebate will only be issued to the name(s) that are nominated on the HIA Building Contract.
  • The applicable rebate is subject to the Owner(s) obtaining formal finance and valuation approval.
  • The applicable rebate will be paid upon successful payment from owner at lock up stage.
  • The Builder reserves the right to terminate the rebate payment at any time if there is a breach of an HIA Building Contract by the contracted Owner or a progress payment under the Building Contract is not made.
