Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd ABN 70 0938 70618 Trading as Smart Homes for Living (“Promoter”).

The name of this competition is the “Smart Homes for Living – Cooking Smarts Bundle Competition”. The promoter is Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd Trading as Smart Homes for Living ABN 70 093 870 618 of Level 6, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.

Entry is open to residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.

Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only entries received via the method below and received by us between 14th October 2021 and 29th October 2021 are eligible.

Each entrant, must:

(a)           be a natural person over the age of 18 years;

(b)          be a resident of Western Australia;

(c)           not be otherwise excluded from the Competition by reason of these terms.

Entry can be made via this method:

Facebook – Like Smart Homes For Living Facebook page, like competition post and tag two friends in the comment section of the competition post.

Instagram – Follow Smart Homes For Living Instagram page, like competition post and tag two friends in the comment section of the competition post.

The one (1) winner of this competition will be determined by random selection from those competition posts using a computerised selection tool or random number generator:

The winning entry will be scrutinised by the Promoter after the selection of the winner, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry that the Promoter considers does not meet the requirements of these terms.

Should the draw winner not meet the criteria outlined in these terms then the draw will be repeated until a winner that meets all criteria outlined in these terms and conditions is drawn.

The prize winner must provide suitable identification (and proof of eligibility) to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim any prize.

Date and Place of Draw

(a)          The final draw will take place on 29th October 2021 at 2pm at the Smart Homes for Living head office, 67 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.

(b)          The winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram and will be private messaged on the platform they entered on.

(c)          If the winning entrant is unable to be contacted within 2 days of the draw, the entrant will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.

The winner shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with collecting the prize money; including accommodation, travel and food.

It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, and photo published for publicity purposes. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.

We’ll Pay Your Rent – $400 A Week For 25 Weeks Rebate

Ventura Home Group PTY LTD T/A Smart Homes for Living (Builder) confirms a rebate will be paid once the Owner meets their contractual obligations with the Builder and the below terms and conditions:

  • The rebate is only applicable on Smart Homes for Living ‘Advantage’ specification homes.
  • Offer valid until 31st December 2021.
  • The rebate is non-transferable, is not offered in conjunction with any other promotional offer, and will replace any previous promotional offers.
  • Prices are subject to review and may change without notice.
  • The rebate will only be issued to the name(s) that are nominated on the HIA Building Contract.
  • The applicable rebate is subject to the Owner(s) obtaining formal finance and valuation approval.
  • The applicable rebate is capped at $400 over 25 weeks and is paid in one lump sum.
  • The applicable rebate will be paid upon successful payment from owner at lock up stage.
  • The applicable rebate may not reflect build time frames, which can be impacted by weather and/or trade and material availability or access.
  • The Builder reserves the right to terminate the rebate payment at any time if there is a breach of an HIA Building Contract by the contracted Owner or a progress payment under the Building Contract is not made.

Refer A Friend – Referral Offer

Terms & Conditions:

Ventura Home Group PTY LTD T/A Smart Homes for Living (Builder) confirms a Referral will be paid once the Owner meets their contractual obligations with the Builder and the below terms and conditions:

  1. This offer is valid from 30th Dec 2019 (“Start Date”) until the 31st December 2021 (“End Date”) (collectively, “the Promotion Period”).
  2. This offer involves a $2,000.00 (two thousand dollars) AUD referral payment to persons that successfully refer a client to Smart Homes for Living during the Promotion Period.
  3. The referral payment is paid for each client that is referred, with no maximum amount set of persons that can be referred (i.e. one person successfully referred equals a $2,000 referral payment; two persons successfully referred equals a $4,000 referral payment). NB: ‘client’ is to be viewed as the party/ies to a building contract. Should there be two or more persons named on a contract, for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions they are to be viewed as one client.
  4. To be eligible to receive this offer, the referrer must:
    1. Be over the age of eighteen years.
    2. Ensure their referred friend notes the referral on their Preliminary Works Agreement.
    3. Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with Smart Homes for Living.
    4. Referred friends must be new clients to Smart Homes for Living and not have enquired previously.
    5. Have obtained the consent of the person they are referring to provide their details to Smart Homes for Living.
  5. The $2,000 referral payment will be paid within thirty (30) days to the referrer when the referred customer’s home has commenced construction (slab down stage).
  6. You must not promote or market this offer through any paid advertising channels or to the public at large.
  7. You must disclose to your friend or family member about the existence of this offer when engaging in the referral.
  8. You must not make any representations about Smart Homes for Living’s service / product that is outside of your knowledge. Smart Homes for Living holds no liability for any representations made by third parties that have not been approved by Smart Homes for Living.
  9. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the referrer. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.
