Finally a home that we fondly call, a monochromatic sanctuary. Our new design, The Lela, is sophisticated and minimalist—who said suburban families can’t be chic? With all the dark and moody accents, Lela almost has a Cullen house vibe—strange sparkly vampire aside, we can all agree that glass house was stylish!
The Lela’s interior can rival Ryan Gosling’s modern, ultra-moody pad from Crazy Stupid Love (except family-friendly of course!)—with layered textures of soft rugs and plank feature walls, and lavish golden accents throughout. This 4 bed x 2 bath house knows its audience though and there’s practical touches for the family, like a massive games room to keep the kids busy while you hide away with a wine in the theatre room!
With so many insta-worthy spaces in The Lela, you’re sure to be the friend who hosts all the gatherings, so it’s a relief you’ll be just an off-ramp away from Kwinana Fwy, in Baldivis. You’re right in the centre of things, with sporting facilities, schools, and loads of shops nearby—that huge walk-in wardrobe is just waiting to be filled!
