Hey there, Delilah.
What’s it like in New York City?
I’m a thousand miles away (well, 18,826km but who’s counting)
But girl, tonight you look so pretty*
Classic songs are classics for a reason. Not just because they get eternalised as display home names, because they inspire creativity for generations to come. Okay, we’re getting a little sentimental here but this song has dosed up its fair share of design inspo at Smart.
“What’s it like it New York City?” – Well, it’s like a cosmos of life and energy. It’s a lifestyle that thrives as an entertainer, a creative, a mover. The interior style of The Grand Delilah is so NY you’ll start thinking of ways to turn the massive alfresco into a rooftop bar! Fairy lights and mason jars are a good start.
“A thousand miles away” – For us, this lyric is all about space. And this new display home has space in abundance. You’ll feel a thousand miles away from the hive of the home in your master suite with generous walk-in-robes and an ensuite (with a raised bath and double shower no less). More space? How about raked ceilings over the kitchen and into the open plan living space? What about a scullery that keeps the kitchen clutter a thousand miles away?
“Oh, so pretty” – There’s nothing prettier than natural light and thanks to the raked ceilings that extend out to the generous alfresco space, you’ll be basking in it all year. This huge outdoor space also gives the home that beautiful connection between the outside and inside. Bring on the entertainment New York City style!
The Grand Delilah is open from 28th March and you can find her in Forest Edge, Dalyellup.
More like the edge of glory with 50 hectares of untouched Tuart forest, close to our beautiful coast, and only seven minutes to Bunbury’s town centre.
