We’re using our smarts to keep everyone healthy, safe, and connected during this time as a total priority and will be posting regular updates as things change – if this situation’s taught us anything, it’s that things can change in an instant!

We totally get that you may have questions and concerns around how COVID-19 could impact your Smart Home’s build. All of our staff are up-to-date on the latest state of play, so your Qs are welcome! Our display homes are open again! We’ve got boxes of hand sanitizer and we’re ready to rock n’ roll. Yep, we’re just as happy as you are.
But if you’re more into that VIP lifestyle (who isn’t?!), you can still book an exclusive, private tour for a time that suits.
We also have super nifty flythrough videos and 3D tours available for most of our display homes. So you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a tour of your future home from the comfort of your wifi.
All of your meetings – pre-start, finance meetings, and key handovers – will continue as scheduled. It’s best to get in touch with your point of contact for the stage you’re at (like your pre-start consultant if it’s about your prestart meeting) if you have any questions or would like to reschedule your meeting.

All of our staff have been trained in no-contact greetings (there’s a set of smarts we didn’t know we needed), so expect a cheesy thumbs-up instead of a usual handshake! To date we’ve had no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in either Smart Homes for Living; our parent company, BGC Housing Group.
We are proud the majority of the materials we use are manufactured in Western Australia, supporting our local community and reducing our exposure to the international market.
At this stage, there is no indication that we will experience any major delays in our construction as a result of COVID-19. We are continuing to monitor the situation in order to ensure we address the needs of our clients and the health and wellbeing of our employees and contractors.
We’re always looking towards the future and our tech smarties are now scoping out lots of exciting ‘no-touch’ online solutions.
