These Building Bonus case studies could totally be real (but aren’t *wink*).

 

Meet Cleo!

She’s single and ready to mingle. With a GO big or GO home tude – that we’re totally vibing btw – Cleo’s in the market for a house and land package in Ellenbrook. And Smart Homes For Living is gonna hook her up!

Why Ellenbrook you ask? Well, it’s all about the wineries (minus the Uber bill), the growth potential, and it’s close to her ‘rents. Sure, they can be pretty intense when it comes to her dating life *cringe* but there’s a Sunday roast on offer each week and those roast potatoes aren’t gonna eat themselves! #famgoals

With her eyes set on The Empire, because bigger is better, Cleo signs a contract for a house and land package on June 30th 2020 with Smart Homes For Living. That’s right! We helped her with the whole kit and caboodle *wink* This signing party includes the purchase of vacant land and a building contract to construct a new home. Just a standard day for a Life Boss!

Settlement’s up next on August 15th and then Cleo officially becomes the registered owner of land! #killingit

Bonus Smarts: Cleo’s new home foundation is laid by September 1st. She’s well on the way to living her queen lifestyle only a short drive from those crispy potatoes and pork cracking. We’re beyond proud (and even a little jealous) because after September 1st Cleo can apply for the Building Bonus Grant! That’s $20k towards a new detached home.

Meet Joanne!

We’re talking entrepreneur goals. Think Carry Bradshaw meets The Barefoot Investor! With the tailored power suit to match *wink* Jo is the embodiment of #MoneySmarts and she knows a good investment when she sees one… and boy has she seen it.

Jo already owns a large piece of land on a deposited plan, but she’s ready to knock down the deadbeat house on it and rebuild FOUR units in its place. See, #futuresmarts Jo worked out that our friends over at Stratawise could make this all happen for her, and we’re all for it! They build multi-unit developments and she’s not the type to stop at just one plan, so it was a match made in heaven *heart eyes*. Jo plans to sell each of the units and then watch it rain. BOOM!

Bonus Smarts: Jo enters into the building contracts on June 15th, 2020 and proposes subdivision plans to build one home on each of the new lots. Construction commences on July 15th and is done by November 20th. To top it off, Jo receives a Building Bonus Grant for EACH new detached home – HELLO $80k!! – once they’re constructed.

Meet Jax!

Single Dad with his two kids: 4-year-old Henry and Kimba, their British shorthair (yes, it counts!) After years of living in a run-down pad – leaky taps, squeaky floorboards and a regrettably small backyard – he’s ready to bring in the wrecking ball. After the Miley-style demolition, Jax plans to rebuild the perfect house for little Henry to grow up in. His must-haves? An entertainment room for Friday game night and a big enough yard to actually kick the footy around as Henry grows up! That’s #parentingsmarts right there.

What does he do? Jax gets in touch with Smart Homes For Living, designs his dream home and enters into a contract on July 12th, 2020. Everything starts happening on August 31st and Jax kisses that old hellhouse goodbye. PLUS knowing it will be move-in ready by mid-Feb, Jax plans for the three of them (Kimba included) to do a little caravanning during the build. It’s the ultimate memory maker … and a handy memory eraser of all the cold showers in the old place!

What does he do? Jax gets in touch with Smart Homes For Living, designs his dream home and enters into a contract on July 12th, 2020.
