    North of the River


    Just 15km north of Joondalup, Alkimos is part of Perth’s ‘high growth’ northern corridor, expected to grow 4.9% in the next year, with a railway extension in the works and bus station on the horizon, not to mention the freeway extension! There are four established schools in the area, as well as daycare centres, medical centres, cafes, restaurants, a tonne of green space, and walking and cycling paths all through the suburb. Alkimos is located right on the shore of our beautiful Indian Ocean so you’ll be able to swim, snorkel, surf all day long. It’s also just a short drive to Butler train station and a 30 min drive to the city – perfection.



    Eglinton is a super community-oriented, seaside suburb part of the northern corridor, not much further than Alkimos and 45 mins from the city. It’s set to become one of Perth’s highest populated suburbs by 2041 with an expected 30,000 residents according to Benchmark. Yanchep national park is only 5 mins away for a hike and within distance there’s lush parklands galore (with free fitness equipment) and funky spots like The Amberton Beach Bar, Oceans 27 and the Shorehaven Café with its own playground. We’ve certainly seen an influx to beachside living recently, and this one takes the cake!


    Banksia Grove

    House and land packages are getting snatched up superrr quick in Banksia Grove due to its affordability, friendly community vibes and central location. Banskia’s growth is set to rise by another 10.4% in the next year, and there’s no surprise why. Convenient living is a big selling point for this suburb, especially since recent major upgrades to Wanneroo Rd have improved travel times, NOR’s largest shopping centre Lakeside is less than 10 mins away and local developments are continuously emerging just down the road in Banksia Grove Village, so you have all the necessities at your fingertips!

    Eastern Suburbs


    Nature galore, bordering vineyards, parks, farms, schools; it’s no wonder Aveley was named Australia’s Best Residential Community by the Urban Development Institute with an annual growth rate of 7.5%. The suburb is just a few mins away from Ellenbrook town centre, with tonnes of shops restaurants, cafes, libraries, and sports centres. There’s plenty of new and established schools in the area, and the city is only 24 mins away. Aveley provides a picture-perfect playground for new families to call home, with residents describing it as a pleasant and peaceful suburb.



    If you’re all about the great outdoors Brabham is the ‘burb for you. Booming with investment potential, Brabham is right next door to the famous Swan Valley wine region, is home to a brand-new primary school and contains the newest crown jewel – Conservation Wetland to explore with playground facilities and amazing native flora & fauna. Speaking of investment, a future Brabham train station is in the works and the newly established Whiteman Edge shopping centre offers the first drive-thru Click & Collect Coles in WA for on-the-go needs.     Piara Waters is making some serious strides, with an anticipated 8.8% annual growth rate and easy access to nearby centres of Armadale, Fremantle and Perth. Piara Waters is set amongst glorious bushland, nature reserves and plenty of space for buzzing activities. It’s all about community vibes in this hood, with plenty of family-friendly events happening and schools dotted around.



    A relatively new suburb to the south gang, Treeby has risen as one of the popular kids with an expected annual growth rate of 10.2%.
